Holding the University of Tabriz’s Tuesday Research Nights Program

In line with promoting a research-oriented culture, strengthening scientific communication among faculty members and researchers, and creating a platform for the exchange of new ideas, the Research Affairs Office of the University of Tabriz has launched a program entitled “Tuesday Research Nights of the University of Tabriz.”
Holding these Research Nights provides a valuable opportunity to expand the culture of research and innovation within academic settings. By creating an interactive and friendly environment among professors and researchers, it offers a space where new scientific ideas can be presented, discussed, and exchanged.

The main objectives of this program are:

1. Creating an interactive space for presenting new research ideas and topics across various fields

2. Providing an opportunity to showcase the scientific and research achievements of university scholars

3. Encouraging graduate students to actively participate in scientific discussions

4. Strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration and enhancing research interactions across the university

Format of the Program:

• The program is held weekly or biweekly on Tuesdays.

• Each session includes a short 45–60 minute scientific presentation by a faculty member on a current scientific topic or research challenge, followed by group discussion and exchange of ideas.

• A brief report of each session will be published on the university website for public information and future reference.
